Our development forums offer a variety of events and seminars throughout the year to support you and your professional teams. Working with our strategic partners such as Grant Thornton and Birketts LLP, our series includes Finance Leadership Programmes, HR Development Programmes and Charity Leader Forums. 

Based around an employee engagement survey, Best Employers Eastern Region helps organisations in the Eastern Region develop forward-thinking and inclusive workplaces. The Women's Leadership Programme is designed to enhance confidence, develop leadership skills and build a network whilst gaining exposure to high-profile, successful women. Our programme helps you build confidence, develop leadership skills and expand your network, all while meeting other high-profile successful women. HR Energy is a collaboration between Becky Wilson at Pure and James Kidd at Mills & Reeve to provide learning and networking events for local HR professionals in East Anglia. Based in Norwich, this friendly networking breakfast brings inspiring speakers and HR individuals together.  Find out more about the programme and sign up here. 

Our HR Development Programme is run in conjunction with Birketts. Designed for HR professionals who are aspiring leaders of the future focused on developing their careers, this programme will enable you to learn new skills, share ideas and explore practices. We run this 4 session programme each year in both our Ipswich and our Chelmsford locations.

The Charity Leaders Group provides a forum for local charity leaders to discuss issues related to the charity and not for profit sector and is a unique opportunity for charity executives in the eastern region to; meet and share experiences, network with other charity leaders from the region, benefit from meaningful discussions and share ideas and challenges.
